- Leverage risk: liquidation can occur within seconds; you may lose more than initial margin.
- Slippage: actual execution price may differ from signal price during high volatility.
- Funding fees: Hyperliquid charges 8-hour funding; positions held overnight incur cost.
- Smart contract risk: Hyperliquid is a decentralized protocol; bugs or exploits could cause fund loss.

5. User Responsibility

6. Recommended Practices
- Start with paper trading mode (no real capital) for 2+ weeks.
- Set daily loss limit ≤10% of wallet balance.
- Use leverage ≤5x as default; expert users can go up to 20x.
- Diversify across 3-5 strategies, not single concentration.
- Monitor drawdown weekly; pause copy-trading if losses exceed your tolerance.
