⚠️ Draft pending legal entity confirmation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CopyToLive ("Service"), operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY] ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

3. Nature of the Service

CopyToLive is a technology platform that allows users to subscribe to algorithmic trading signals and execute them via the user's own Hyperliquid account using user-provided API keys. We are not a broker, not a money manager, not licensed to give financial advice.

4. No Financial Advice

Information on the Service is for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You execute trades on your own behalf and are solely responsible for outcomes.

5. Subscription & Payment

6. User API Keys

You provide your Hyperliquid API key with trading permission. Keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We never have withdrawal permission. Risk limits (max leverage, daily loss cap) are enforced by our system before order submission.

7. Risks

Cryptocurrency derivatives trading carries substantial risk. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance shown on /track-record.html is backtest simulation and does not guarantee future results. See Risk Disclosure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. SLA breaches trigger automatic credits per our /sla.html page (when published). Force majeure (Hyperliquid outage, major blockchain reorg) excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the past 30 days. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, slippage, or third-party failures (Hyperliquid, NOWPayments).

11. Termination

You may cancel any time via /account/billing; service remains active until expires_at. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email and /changelog. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
